Professional Seed Mixs: We offer a diverse selection of good quality mixes formulated for specific conditions. Our goal is to install the best available turf grass seed for your unique needs.  Accordingly, we rely on one of the Midwest’s premier turf suppliers for advice.  In addition to traditional Sun/Shade mixes, we have access to low-mow blues, curbside mixes and turf enhancers.  

Erosion Control Blankets: Temporary degradable Erosion Control Blankets provide erosion protection and assist in the establishment of turf when traditional bare-ground seeding or loose mulches are not effective. Erosion Control Blankets vary based on the type of slope and conditions.  Comparable to Hydro-seed,  they are temporary products that are intended to degrade once turf has been established.

Big Roll Sod: We offer our customers Big Roll sod installation, turf rolls that are 200 sq ft vs the typical 10 sf ft.  With Big Roll sod, the finished job looks far better because  there are 66% fewer seams.  Because Big Roll is installed with a machine and we can use small crews, our pricing is very competitive.

Developed as a temporary solution for watering newly installed lawns, the Dripper System can be custom fitted to any lawn and runs off a timer.  It is easy to set up and remove once turf is established.  

The system includes three 60’ expandable lines connected to a manifold that cycle off a programmable timer.  Each line connects to a 10’ expandable pipe that holds six sprinkler heads, each with a 10 square foot radius.   Our patent pending design sits above the ground and will not interrupt growth of seed or sod. Requires a water source and electrical outlet.

Systems can also be custom-built to meet unique watering needs.  Rentals start at $55.00 per week.  Crews can install and remove the system for a small fee.
