Our character “Dripper” is a sprinkler head. A local super-hero, he and his friend "Blade" are adept at fighting off the evil  "Rick-Rock" and his troubled sidekick "Weed" who clutter up lots across NW Indiana. Dripper is the star of his own coloring book "My New Home" and a direct descendant of Johnny Surge, who was used by one of our owner’s great grandfather to promote a machine that milked cows.

Johnny Surge was created in the 1940's by Frank Hendron who worked with Walt Disney at the Kansas City Star newspaper. You can see a resemblance in Disney's early cartoon drawings and Frank's cartoons.  Franks' work includes a "winking coin guy" who promoted electric fencing and Johnny, who was featured in a multi-page comic book directed at farmers.  Who ever thought taking care of cows could be so entertaining?

 

 

 Dripper was the basis of  "the water bottle guy"  (yes, we know we can do better than that) Anyway, "the water bottle guy" is used to promote our sister company Bottled Marketing Solutions LLC, which creates custom labeled water for businesses in Northwest Indiana.
